This project involved repairing a clay tile roof that had developed leaks, causing the plywood underneath to rot. We started by carefully removing the damaged tiles and assessing the extent of the rot. Once we replaced the rotted plywood with new, durable material, we reinstalled the original clay tiles, ensuring everything was securely in place.

After completing the repairs, the roof was fully sealed, and the leaks were completely eliminated. The home now has a fully restored, leak-free roof with the original tiles back in place, offering both durability and protection for years to come.
